from april to october, our roadshow truck with the new base jet 500 1500-180-00-d toured europe. the goal of the trip: to let interested parties experience the advantages of 500kw technology firsthand – directly, in direct conversation. with this tour, falch joins the ranks of providers of 500kw power – and at the same time sends a clear message: we want to significantly shape this field with quality, service, and application expertise.

the base jet system can be operated with an optional gearbox. this allows the water flow to be precisely adjusted to the task – for high area performance and efficient processes, whether for concrete removal or industrial cleaning.

the tour was accompanied by experienced waterjet experts from falch, who explained the machine in every detail: suitable configuration, safety and service aspects, as well as the economical dimensioning for specific projects.

the pump's quick check technology was particularly impressive on site. overall, the feedback was consistently positive: the first rental orders were already agreed during the tour; further demonstrations are planned. the 500kw roadshow thus sets a clear example of the demand for powerful, flexibly configurable high-pressure technology.

conclusion: live tests count. the presented 500kw solution combines power and adaptability – exactly what demanding applications expect today.
