the aim of this meeting was to create a platform that would give the participants the opportunity to get to know each other better and promote dialogue.

as technical trainees often have little contact with students due to their specific areas of responsibility, the trainee get-together is an excellent opportunity to overcome this barrier. the participants quickly got to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere and over a delicious meal.

the highlight of the evening was a cheerful round of skittles, where not only skill but also a lot of humour was required. the combination of sporting competition, good food and many amusing moments ensured a lively exchange and quickly allowed the participants to grow together into a harmonious group.

the first meeting was so successful that further trainee get-togethers are already being planned at regular intervals. this initiative is not only intended to promote interaction, but also to help future generations of trainees and students at falch to build a strong network.
