it was time for us to expand so that we can meet the ever-increasing demand for professional falch-systems, pumps, accessories and water jetting robots. to make sure we are prepared for the future, we needed more space and better conditions for manufacturing our 250 and 500 kW systems, not to mention significantly more storage space so that we can continue guaranteeing our short delivery times.
this is precisely why falch decided to invest in a new production and storage hall on the company premises in blaubeuren (germany). the aim was not only to create more production and storage space, but also to perfect the production and logistics chains at the same time. the modern production facilities create the ideal working conditions for our employees and ensure high product quality.
short work paths, computer-controlled test runs and a huge warehouse for components, accessories and finished products guarantee that our customers receive their deliveries quickly and easily – and in the usual high quality.

by completely redesigning the logistics chain, we were able to perfect all the production processes. at the previous location in merklingen, components had to be picked up five times, now they only need to be picked up three times.
the modern production facilities for small series create the perfect working conditions – and ensure maximum product quality. the digitalisation of the assembly processes has also enabled additional acceleration with the likes of large screens for displaying the assembly instructions.

finished products, accessories, spare parts and components for machines and robotics systems are now stored on an area spanning more than 13,800 m². the higher storage capacity also guarantees extremely short delivery times for our customers.
the ‘first in – first out’ process minimizes the time that products spend idly waiting in the warehouse. the modern logistics system in the new warehouse simplifies the order packing process enormously. the storage of components for production has also improved significantly: pre-assembly components such as motors, pumps, burners, chassis components and small parts can now be found in one storage location and accessed over short distances.
