despite the status as “just” a service center (sc) and not as a full competence center (cc), there are no disadvantages for customers. thanks to a clever distribution of resources between other cc's, the same service quality as in a competence center is guaranteed.
in the new building, including a modern workshop, maintenance, repairs and all service tasks on falch systems are carried out. the extensive accessories and spare parts warehouse ensures that customers benefit from extremely short response times.
