in 2008 the employees at falch gmbh took part in an online-survey where the satisfaction concerning various different subjects was evaluated. falch achieved a participation rate of 75%! the answers to the following questions stood out particularly:
- at falch the employees are aware of the company targets
- there is a high level of identification with the targets of the company
- the employees feel that they are treated fairly
- the employees would always re-apply for employment at falch
- the employees are, all things considered, very satisfied
