since the 1st of august falch welcomed 10 new employees, who will be using their commitment to achieve the aims of falch - market leader in europe in 2011! the fair sales division area managers in the hanover, düsseldorf and würzburg regions have already started - they will enthuse the customers in their areas and will provide ongoing service. in order to provide optimum support for the customers we have extended internal sales in germany by an additional person.the internal sales department was also strengthened on the export side - here customer-oriented employees use their language capabilities and technical know-how for our customers.
marketing has also been strengthened in order for all these employees to be provided with the appropriate material. here we prepare the flyers, company magazine and catalogues and the info-post for the customers. in order in future to be able to enthuse the customer for the product we also greeted new talent in the test department, the electrical department and in the workshop. a female assistant to the financial manager is involved in the entire internationalisation process at falch. she researches material before founding a new branch in various different countries. we wish all our new colleagues a good start and look forward to successful collaboration.
